Carol Duncan
Carol is a holistic astrologer, teacher, facilitator, and life-long student of spiritual traditions. She taught business education to young people and adults for 20 years, before retraining in psychological astrology, counselling, and transpersonal psychology. In 2007 she completed an MA in Transpersonal Arts and Practice. Carol now works with individual clients and small groups, with a focus on holistic self-development and spiritual enquiry. She has a passion for making connections, networking, and bringing individuals and groups together. She co-ordinates the Wrekin Forum, is responsible for the communications aspect, and produces a bi-monthly electronic newsletter for Forum associates.![]()

Tessa Maskell
Tessa was born in South Africa and came to England in 1956, where she ran a small business and had experience in the film industry. For the past 15 years she has been an Executive Relocation agent in London.
In 1974 she “woke up to the truth of herself” and her spiritual education began. Since then she has been closely involved with the Emissaries of Divine Light in a leadership capacity, and is on the International Advisory Board of Educo International, a spiritual education programme involving young people and outdoor learning.
Tessa is the mother of a 30 year old son, and is deeply engaged in the emergence of the feminine principle in every field of human endeavour. She is profoundly interested in collaborative function, collective intelligence, participative spiritual enquiry and “meshwork”, and in unfolding meaning through these modalities.![]()

Roger Orgill, MBE
Since 1996 Roger has been engaged in voluntary work chairing the Stoneleigh Group, a four year Demonstration Project using outdoor learning retreats in the exploration of personal values and vision in youth work development. As Chair of the Foundation for Outdoor Adventure he served on several government advisory panels and the National Lottery - New Opportunities Fund. He is currently Advisor to UK Youth and National Council for Voluntary Youth Services. He is a Trustee of World Youth Service and Enterprise NGO, and of Global News Education Trust, the charitable arm of Positive News Publishing, with a focus on Positive Youth News.
For over 40 years Roger was active in the field of outdoor education and adventure training. He was founding member of staff at Plas y Brenin, the then Snowdonia National Recreation Centre, serving as Instructor, Chief Instructor and Deputy Director. Later as Director of Outdoor Adventure Programmes of the Sports Council’s “Sport for All” campaign he promoted adventure activity provision as an aspect of urban regeneration. In the capacity of the Senior Development Officer for Countryside Recreation based at the Sports Council London HQ, he encouraged many joint initiatives with the Countryside Commission, English Nature, Forestry Commission, and British Waterways.
Roger is an Honorary Member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning, and an Associate of St George’s House, Windsor Castle.
